I extend my deepest sympathy to the Carter family. I am sorry for the loss of Bud. We became friends in 1969 after our return from Vietnam. He was always the same every time I saw him, a smile on his face. I know he is going to be missed by so many loved ones. Rest in peace Bud. Take your rest my Brother.
