   What beautiful memories we have of Leroy Johnson and his family.. I was not able to attend the funeral. Believe it or not, I am still processing prior events and services due to this difficult time we are facing in the community, and, in our country.. I do have my memories of this family man, church official, and gentleman in the community.

   I think he will be in a better place and those who have passed before him, will be glad to receive and embrace him. Deacon Leroy had a very kind spirit. He was a nice man, no matter what was going on, and he was instrumental to the success of his family’s organizations and to the personal success of others. It there was something good to be done in the community, he had a hand in it and everyone will surely miss him. His family has faced difficult times, but they are role models and they do everything with a smile. We appreciate their work in the community and in various organizations..
