January 8, 2025 at 4:38 PMMy thoughts and prayers are with your family. Mona will be missed by many and my heart breaks with yours. We worked together for many years; she always had a smile on her face and a listening ear. Mona’s love for her daughters and family ran deep. Praying her love and your memories carry you through this difficult time and into your next season of life. ❤️

January 8, 2025 at 7:25 PMMy heartfelt and sincerest condolences to the family. I’ve know Mona since 1971 and she and I were close I was there with her in the hospital when her daughter Shamina was born, her mother Mrs. Mary Carr was like a mother to me, I will always remember Mona with the beautiful smile, beautiful long nails and always laughing. May God bring comfort to Shamina, Earl, Velma, Vicky, David and all those the family as only HE can and will. Love y’all Robin A. Houser Curry. and Phyllis aka Houser Merritt
